Each person and body is unique. So, I've developed a contextualized approach to systematically guide you from the condition you're in today toward the healthiest version of you in three basic steps: Assessment, Foundation and Challenge.

STEP 1: WHERE YOU'RE AT

We'll conduct a basic assessment of your...

  1.  Body movement, muscle flexibility and tightness, core strength and general strength.

  2. History of injuries and illnesses, injury proneness and any current medical conditions.

  3. Stress levels and how stress affects your body as part of a body awareness assessment.

  4. Personal goals for strength, flexibility and health and wellness.

STEP 2: WHERE YOU WANT TO BE

We'll build the foundation of your "healthy body" by...

  1. Customizing exercises that match your current conditioning and increase body awareness.

  2. Developing a practice for you that increases your strength, flexibility & balance while detoxing your organs.

  3. Increasing your ability to be present, "sit quietly", think more clearly and improve your memory.

  4. Increasing your ability to calm your nervous system and triggering your body's natural ability to recover and heal.

STEP 3: WHERE YOU WILL BE

  1. Realize the focus and discipline you need to pursue and achieve your physical, mental and spiritual goals.

  2. Begin each day with a daily practice of "receiving the day" as a gift. 

  3. Engage in your life with with a stronger, more balanced, focused,  energetic version of you. 

  4. Give more of a healthier you to others around you.
